Seven years after the first volume arrived at my doorstep in the Before Times, Olympia Auctions is accepting pre-orders for Armour of the English Knight, Volume 3: Continental Armour in England, 1435-1500. I have to be honest: I have not yet ordered volume 2, because the late 15th century is not one of my areas of interest, and because the shipping outside Europe is very expensive. I often order books from the UK for much less than 45 GBP shipping and handling, and CAD 200 (GBP 130) is a large fraction of my disposable monthly income, so its hard to find room for volumes 2 and 3 in my budget. But if you have a salaried job and are interested in armour, I recommend it!
