A pattern for a complicated jacket printed on many sheets of white letter-sized paper and taped together with clear tape; a blue spiral-bound book, a pair of scissors, a roll of tape, and a measuring tape sit on top of it — I am sorry to be cryptic, but this is closer to my hobbies than my work, and people with the right interests will recognize it.
